Leadership Coaching Course

The Leadership Coaching course is designed for leaders at all levels of an organisation, and is aimed at providing information and strategies to help identify the why, what and how of leadership. The focus of this course is on practical strategies that a leader needs to know and do in order to be effective, and to influence the behaviour and attitudes of the people they lead. It covers how to break leadership skills down into manageable parts from which they can analyse, plan, organise and implement a personal leadership development program.

The course covers skills in the following ten key areas:


Coaching skills Positive role modelling
Technical skills Teamwork
Planning, organising and implementing Working relationships
Thinking skills Organisational awareness
Communication skills Mentoring

The course itself is activity based using technology and expertise to illustrate and instruct in practical strategies that leaders can directly apply to their everyday work situations. The content of the workshop can be customised to meet organisational leadership requirements, including the capacity to spend more time on certain topics than others. In this course your leaders are active participants throughout all aspects of the training.

The basic course is a 2 x 8 hour day format, or it can be split into various combinations such as 4 x 4 hour sessions. A maximum of 8 participants per course.
