Each Department in our Store is made up of a number of learning units that are grouped together to form various learning unit series that you can use to create your own competency based recognition program, or as individual units that can be used to fill gaps in current learning or skill development programs.
When you enter the Store you will be given the option to buy all the units within a Learning Series, or individual Units within each Series. Once you have made your selections and placed your order in the shopping cart, you will proceed to the payment area. You can choose to purchase on-line using PayPal, credit cards or direct debit from your bank account. If you are choosing to use the PayPal option, please note there is a maximum of $20,000 for any one PayPal transaction. If you would prefer not to use any of our on-line purchase services you can add your selected units to the shopping cart, and then at the payment options you will be able to process your order through our off-line purchase options. The final option is to go to our Quotes page and complete the Learning Units Quote form, forward it to us, and we will forward a completed purchase order form.
It is important that you read and complete the End User Agreement prior to finalising any purchases on this site. The End User Agreement document will need to be signed and emailed, faxed or posted to Confiance Learning before any purchases will be made available on the secure upload area. Once payment and the End user Agreement have been received by Confiance Learning you will be provided with a member's login that gives you access to a secure area on our site. The documents will be uploaded to this area for you to download.
Important Note: Our learning units are intended to assist non-educational organisation's develop in-house competency training programs, and therefore are not intended for sale to any organisation who is a current or future provider of education, training, coaching and/or skills development programs.
The Purchasing Process
- Select the Department of interest. Each Department has a selected number of Learning Unit Series to choose from.
- After selecting the Learning Unit Series you will be directed to a page that allows you to buy each unit in the Series as a single item, or you can purchase all the units in that Series.
- When purchasing a unit you will be asked to choose an organisation size using a drop down list. The size of the organisation is based on the number of employees and contractors, and will determine the price for a unit or series.The size may be your entire organisation if you wish to make it available, or the potential to be available, for everyone within the organisation (e.g., intranet based), or based on the size of a particular work site (e.g., operation at a specific location). The purchase is not dependent on the expected number of people who may use it over the life of the organisation, but rather the size of the organisation at the time of purchase. Confiance Learning reserves the right to research, make enquiries or other types of searches to verify the size of the organisation or chosen site prior to making the units available.
- Once you have selected the unit and organisation size, you select the "add to cart" button.
- You can add as many units to the shopping cart as you need by continuing with Steps 1 to 4.
- Once you have completed your order select the "go to cart" button on the left hand side of the page. This will display the list of items in your shopping cart.
- If you would like to add or subtract items from the cart, follow the prompts to change your order before proceeding to the payment options.
- Enter your details on the payment options page. You will be required to tick a box to say you have read the End User Agreement. All information entered on our database is privacy protected and secure. See our Privacy Policy available on the Legal page for further details.
- Australian organisations will need to select YES for the GST option when completing their purchase details. Organisations who are not Australian based should select NO for the GST option. Note that all costs are shown in Australian Dollars.
- Print your purchases receipt and keep a copy for your records.
- Once the order has been processed we will email your login details which will provide access to the secure upload area so that you can download your Unit templates.
