Performance Analysis Course

Performance Analysis is the integration of multiple technologies and the applied sciences to assist with the identification of skills that can lead to either quality performance or human error.

Our Performance Analysis course provides trainers, assessors and coaches with valuable strategies to analyse skills and behaviours associated with different tasks, and to provide a better understanding of how to create a permanent, valid and reliable record of those performances. With a permanent record performances can be reviewed to help compare skills over time to see how effective training has been, and to assist with error correction. Recording methods include:

Real time video and statistical data
Movement tracking and analysis software
Biofeedback technology such as EEG, heart rate, blood pressure and respiration rate
GPS tracking technology

The course is designed so that driving skill improvements can translate to any other situation where the person is required to operate a moving vehicle, such as buses, trucks, graders and diggers. Time is spent in-vehicle at a suitable track venue or on public roads, and undertaking some driving simulator and classroom activities to educate on mental and technical driving skills.

This intensive and challenging course is a 3 x 8 hour format that is conducted at the nearest suitable venue, or on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia, with the option to split the days over a period of time. A maximum of 20 participants per course.
