Planning your Library

If you want to know how to design your learning units around specific competencies, you can download the Confiance Learning Competency Planner to mark off out the units that you require. We have provided the Competency Planner as an excel template that you can use to determine what roles would benefit from additional training or competencies. The template has some example roles and some colour coding for potential units that might considered, just to give you an idea of how to use the Competency Planner. Once you download the planner you can subtract or add roles, and colour code your own needs based on the competencies your organisation requires.
The Competency Planner can also be used to ensure that you don’t purchase duplicate units. Some units are used in different Series and Departments, so by using the Competency Planner and Confiance Learning Unit Library document, you will be less likely to unnecessarily purchase a duplicate unit.
